  • Service providers: our website is hosted by Afrihost. Form submissions are delivered via email to our team. These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

  • Business transfer: in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, personal information may be transferred to the new owner under the same privacy obligations.

6 How long we keep your information

This includes any personal information collected through our website forms, and any conversation or contact data collected via our official WhatsApp Business number. To request deletion:

  • Email info@superbiamachining.africa with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including your name and the phone number or email you contacted us with, or
  • Message us on WhatsApp at +27 72 697 7216 and request "delete my data"

We will confirm receipt and delete the relevant personal information within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g. tax or contractual records).
